Leadership coaching
is designed for individuals responsible for people management. Deepen your self-awareness so that you can accelerate your personal and professional development, and maximize your leadership effectiveness. These coaching programs range from 3-12 months in length, depending on the program objectives.
Leadership Coaching programs include: the globally-recognized Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment and/or Enneagram iEQ9 Professional Report, one-on-one coaching, development action planning, ongoing reporting metrics and success measures.

Team coaching is designed for teams looking to transform how they work and communicate with one another. Learn how to create psychological safety and the conditions for innovation and creativity. Using the globally recognized Enneagram iEQ9 Professional Assessment, team coaching programs are 3-12 months in length, depending on the program objectives. Team coaching is ideal for teams looking to evolve their interpersonal dynamics in order to: leverage individual and group strengths, provide timely feedback, manage conflict, and navigate creative tension.

What is the Leadership Circle Profile?
Most 360 profiles focus on either Management Style and Personality, Competencies or Underlying Tendencies. The Leadership Circle Profile combines all three of these areas into one comprehensive, accessible tool. It is the only 360 degree profile that measures both competency and underlying assumptions and it does so in two primary leadership domains: Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies.
Creative Competencies measure how you achieve results, bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance your own development, act with integrity and courage, and improve organizational systems.
Reactive Tendencies are leadership styles emphasizing caution over creating results, self-protection over productive engagement, and aggression over building alignment. These self-limiting styles overemphasize the focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting yourself, and getting results through high control tactics.
