WORK WITH US
FACILITATION
Teams today are experiencing high levels of burnout, resulting from continued changes to how and where work is completed and a lack of agency or involvement in helping define those conditions. And it frustrates them.
Leaders and employees also feel a mismatch between their interest to provide great work AND their physical and mental capacity to do so over lengthy periods of time.
We work with leaders and teams who are working in this gap and believe that a new path forward is possible, one where great results can be achieved without sacrificing personal well-being or fulfillment.
FACILITATION
A NEW PATH FORWARD
For some, it might require analysis to identify the sources of burnout and how to work successfully in new ways; for others, it might mean changing what they’re doing each day to become more intentional and purposeful in their work.
We offer a signature program, based on Stephanie’s book to help teams recover together from burnout by building a new set of skills that helps them manage accountability and shared expectations, make well-being a priority, and stay connected to the elements in their work that build a strong sense of personal fulfillment.
The program combines workshop sessions, team coaching and conversations, and individual skill building for leaders and teams, customized to the needs of your organization that focuses on:
- Excellent Results: What matters to us? What do we want to achieve? How can we collaborate most effectively to deliver excellence?
- Optimal Well-Being: How do we make wellness and well-being an equal priority to delivering great results? How can we manage well-being proactively, rather than reactively?
- Personal Fulfillment: What elements are critical to feeling fulfilled? What can we do differently in our daily work to achieve this?
The program also involves leader-focused sessions, designed to help your leaders understand how to create the “micro-climate” needed to build and sustain new levels of resilience, well-being, and results.
As Deloitte notes in their 2023 Global Human Capital Trends Report, 84% of respondents believe offering workers a choice in how their work is planned and managed is important, but only 17% felt their organization was ready to address it. Employees fall through the cracks created by this gap, and struggle with burnout, frustration, and disillusionment, leading to retention and recruitment issues.

PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH & SAFETY
Resiliency Workshops
When an individual is experiencing high levels of stress or challenging situations, their capacity to maintain their well-being can be compromised. Resiliency is the ability to remain productive during turbulent or stressful times and helps people achieve better outcomes for themselves and their organizations. We live in an ever-evolving business climate and VUCA world. Resiliency is a critical skill in navigating our professional and personal lives.
We also offer workshops and group coaching for individuals and teams struggling with overwhelm and burnout. These programs, based on Stephanies’s book The Big Scale Back, provide a new framework to uncover the sources of dissatisfaction and introduce new ways to regain greater work-life fulfillment.
In our interactive sessions, we explain why change can be challenging and introduce a set of seven “change muscles” that help individuals use their energy more effectively as they move through the adaptation process.
Each participant completes an assessment prior to the workshop, and receives individual feedback on their own resilience. Throughout the session, they will engage in exercises with their teammates that provide practice in applying the resilience muscles. They leave with an action plan for strengthening their resilience.
We also offer special optional add-on modules about: leading and managing for resilience, and helping intact teams explore their collective resilience.
The workshop is designed and tailored for:
- Individual contributors
- All levels of management
- Senior leaders
- Members of intact teams

What is the National Standard on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace?
“The National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (the Standard) – the first of its kind in the world, is a set of voluntary guidelines, tools and resources intended to guide organizations in promoting mental health and preventing psychological harm at work.
